I do like this chart, as I feel people with tattoos on their face as pretty much saying I do not want a career of any kind other than tattoo artist or carnival folk. As someone with a tattoo in the yellow/greenish section on the chart (upper thigh), I found this very funny, as I have show my tattoo when people have asked to see it. So where is your tattoo and is the chart correct?
I have to disagree with this lol. I have the word "Jean" tattooed on my inner left wrist and I do value my career. That's why I had it done in white ink. I'm so white that unless I show you it, you would never notice it was there. I know it is and it means a lot to me for all of the family ties. Some of the chart I do agree with though lol
ReplyDeleteToo funny Tom -- good find! Outstanding description on the DANGER zone.
ReplyDeleteSally Jean - well in your case since your tattoo is practically invisible, that may not count.
ReplyDeleteGreg - I liked the danger zone too. That was hilarious.
i have one one my wrist, the red zone, have a career, that i pay taxes to, and is not a tattoo artist or a carnie job. my rebelious arm tattoo when it is done will be a prison area tattoo as well as a red zone. so yeah. i disagree with the chart there.
ReplyDeleteI don't agree one-hundred percent with the chart either. . .i have a low back tattoo, and i'm not easy. I wanted to get my tattoo where i would have the most options of clothing at work. I can wear anything i like and it never shows. I also have one on my ankle. Its neither cute, nor 'princess-ey' its deeply meaningful but again i wanted to be able to hide or show it with as many clothing options possiable.
ReplyDeleteOy, people are bit sensitive about the tatts, eh?
ReplyDeleteWell, I have the tramp stamp! I'm not easy either, but then again I posted this chart up on friends site a while back and laughed my butt off about it.
Whats funny is I know a lot of guys with tattoos in all these places, and then some, and still have respectable jobs, pay taxes and are the nicest people you'll ever meet. I pay taxes at my job and I have two forearm tattoos and 4 green area tattoos. Plus multiple facial piercings and i don't have to cover any up or take any out. it depends on where you live and what your standings are on ink in different places.
