We had a wonderful dinner at Red Tango in Wheat Ridge tonight

Dale and I joined our friend, Barb at Red Tango tonight. It is an incredible Chilean restaurant in Wheat Ridge, Colorado that we all have visited several times and adore.

When it comes to Red Tango, don't let the outside fool you. The restaurant does not look like much from the outside as it is in a strip mall out of a 1970s movie set, but inside is a beautiful, warm and friendly restaurant with splendid service and outstanding authentic South American food. This is probably the sixth time we have eaten there in three years and we are always overwhelmed. Tonight, I even discovered an amazing new wine that I loved so much I had to have a second glass.
